Alina Alam

Alina Alam is the founder and CEO of MITTI Cafe, which provides people with disabilities a space to be productive and showcase their potential. Today, there are nine cafes and more than 71 adults with physical, intellectual or psychiatric disabilities who run these cafes. Each cafe also provides experiential training to persons with disability and entrepreneurship opportunities for mothers of adults with mental disabilities coming from low-income backgrounds. For her efforts, Alam won awards such as the Rotary Exemplar Award, Mindtree Helen Keller Award and the Times of India’s She Unlimited Award. We appreciate her for the guidance she provides to the Gracehut Foundation.

Hitesh Kant

Hitesh Kant is a conscientious technocrat possessing 10 years of cross-functional multi-disciplinary expertise in Aircraft Operations and Maintenance, Production planning and control, HR and General administration including Security in Indian Air Force. Tailor-made into the leadership role with special acumen towards requirement analysis and analytical problem-solving. He is truly an inspiration for our youth. Being supported by such a personality helps us curate better plans everyday. We are thankful for the belief he shows in Gracehut Foundation.

Lt. Col. Prashant Mishra

His professional titles have ranged from AVP of Engineering and Head of Telecom Products to Program/ Project Manager. But he is more than that, he is an innovator, a visionary, a story teller, a reader, a leader, a problem solver and a collaborative leader.
An inspiring Army Hero, he is exactly what we young people need.
His support to our organization is praiseworthy.

Pritee Kamthe

Pritee Kamthe from Mumbai is known for her work in Financial Economics. She is an experienced ‘Community Specialist’ with a demonstrated history of working in the computer games industry. A strong community and social services professional with a Master’s degree focused in Financial Econimics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics.
She is currently serving as a Strategy and New Initiatives Manager at Zaggle Period Ocean Services Pvt. Ltd. Her dedication towards her work and eagerness to support social upliftment is commendable. We are thankful for her support to the Gracehut Foundation.

Resham Sethi

Resham Sethi is a researcher and social analyst in the field of human trafficking, slavery, and forced labor. She is on a mission to prevent and eliminate these crimes and human rights violations from the global supply chains through trauma-informed evidence-based research, policy, education, culture, and self-love. She currently works as a researcher with the Institute on Assets and Social Policy, a research and policy center at Brandeis University, USA. She also serves as an Advisor on Forced Labor on the leadership board of United Against Slavery, USA. We express our gratitude for the encouragement she provides to our volunteers especially the ‘Grow With Grace’ team.

Lt Cdr Sadhana Giri

Sadhana Giri is a retired Air Traffic Control officer of the Indian Navy.  She is the crown holder of MIQS Mrs. Goodwill Ambassador 2019, Mrs. India Worldwide Pride Of Nation-2019 held in Greece. She is living her best life while also helping people do the same.  A sky diver, a marathoner and a Mom of a record holder traveler boy! A Confidence and ‘Success Coach’ who is creating empowering beliefs in the minds of people to help them get the success they deserve by her speaking and coaching services.  Empowering men/women through her Confidence Coaching to enhance and develop their personalities. We are grateful for all the confidence she shows in Gracehut Foundation and the youth.

Lt. Col. Manoj Kumar Sinha

Lt. Col. Manoj Kumar Sharma was shot a bullet in his jaw to neck but survived such an encounter. His bravery is inspirational for every youngster of our country.He is known for his inspirational writing and speeches. He is a motivational speaker. On January 2002, He has received the Sena Medal (Gallantry) Award for his bravery and conspicuous gallantry. Recently he was presented in a Gillette advertisement which tackles the gender stereotype “Men Don’t Cry” through the real-life story of Lt. Colonel Manoj Kumar Sinha. His thoughts, his work, his poetries always inspire the young generation to join our Defence  Force. His presence at Gracehut fills us with pride.

Dr. Kanika Sharma
Dr. Kanika Sharma, Founder of Smart-tots, is an author, speaker and trainer who holds a degree in Medicine and Masters in Healthcare. Her books and programs are designed to empower children by developing essential life-skills such as body autonomy, resilience, sex education and more. The programs are age appropriate and structured to include parents and educators. She has conducted training for over 1000 children through regular workshops and webinars. Smart-tots vision is to eliminate child abuse and empower them through education and awareness. The energy and vision with which she guides us is an inspiration to all of us at Gracehut Foundation.
Dr. Cyril Kadam

Dr. Cyril Kadam is serving as a Strategic Planning & Operational Excellence General Manager at Master of My Life. He is also the Founder and Chief Officer at Genesis Knowledge Solution which deals with learning and development, corporate training solutions, academic and para academic development solution for students, parents, teachers, principals as well as the educational institutions.
